GBE Annual Passport terms and conditions
Each GBE Annual Passport will enable you or one of your colleagues to have a free place at all our core events. The core events are all our events that do not relate to any specific sector or industry. The pass will also entitle you to a 25% discount for all such non-core events.
The GBE Annual Passport is totally transferable within your organisation. The GBE Annual Passport will also entitle you to access to all available archived materials - filmed presentations and slides and any related information we have access to. The GBE Annual Passport will also entitle you to access to live broadcasts. There is no guarantee that any future events will be broadcast live.
The Annual Pass lasts for a 12 month programme. Some dates may have to move back and forth and it will never entitle you to attend more than one event, which is held on an annual basis. We will ensure that the primary contact for each GBE Annual Passport holder is sent an invitation to each event. To confirm the place, the passport holder will need to reply confirming all details at least four weeks before the event. There will be no additional cost for any aspect of the main event. If there are additional activities such as a dinner then there will be additional charges. Registration for any event may only be cancelled by informing Green Business Events two weeks prior to the event. After this time there will be a £60 cancellation fee. A substitute delegate may be sent, at the registrant’s option, in which case no cancellation charges will apply. It may be necessary as a result of an act of terrorism, extreme weather conditions or industrial action, or for any other reason beyond the control of Green Business Events, to alter the content and timing of the programme or the location of any event. If for any reason Green Business Events decides to make material changes to or cancels a conference, Green Business Events is not responsible in any event for any expenses incurred by the delegate, including but not limited to airfare, travel, accommodation or other costs. In the event that Green Business Events cancels the event, Green Business Events reserves the right to transfer the booking to another conference to be held in the following twelve months. These terms and conditions shall be governed in all respects by the laws of England and Wales, and both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
