Ella Heeks joined Abel & Cole in 2000, straight after graduating from Oxford University. Since then, she has turned Abel & Cole into a thriving business, taking turnover from £0.5m to £30m with no external investment. Abel & Cole's is the UK's largest organic home delivery company, and attributes much of its success to its ethical business practices. Ella will tell us how Abel & Cole market their business and help customers embrace new routines.
