Donna Young has been at BT since 1991, working in NPD, marketing, strategy and communications before joining BT Wholesale where she led the Broadband Britain roll out programme. As Head of Climate Change, Donna will reflect on the role of her function, how it relates to the rest of the business and the challenges for introducing her objectives to core strategic planning.
